First Corps, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Seattle businessman George Humphrey as the development arm of his asset holding company Humphrey Industries. First Corps, acting as its principals representative; oversees the acquisition, design, construction, leasing/sales and management of their portfolio. The company internally designs its projects and controls construction costs by adhering strictly to a sophisticated market / tenant use analysis.
