NW Territorial Mint has renewed its lease in our 3rd st property. They have been a stellar tenant and we are excited to have them remain as an integral part of our property.

Canyon Road has finally recieved after a long extensive process a final determination on its wetlands designation. We now have to complete a wetlands mitigation report, but are quite pleased that the county agreed to remove the wetlands designation off of most of the 7+ acres we have there. We expecially would like to thank the property owners for their patience as we wound through the counties byzantine process.

Sumner Plains welcomes Enerysy, Inc. to our Sumner, Wa property. Enersys is a national industrial manufacturer and supplier of heavy industrial batteries. They have occupied all of bldg E in our business park. We congratulate them on their new facilties in our Sumner Park and we look forward to a long relationship.
